This is one of my fave Fall/Winter afternoon
snacks.
What you need:
– 1 apple, sliced
– 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp coconut oil (optional)
1. Cut up apple
2. Add cinnamon and pumpkin seeds
Voila – easy as that!
High in fiber, naturally sweet, crunchy,
great for metabolism and high in potassium (good for your
heart and muscles)!
