I love this healthy homemade salad dressing – Maple Dijon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing because you can make it using 1 hand in 1 minute!

Maple Dijon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
What you need:
1tsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegra
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Mix it up in a bowl with a fork or froth and add to a salad! Here, I’m eating local greens, organic cherry tomatoes, organic feta cheese and organic chicken sausage.
P.S. This is the frother I use. I use it for tea lattes or to emulsify salad dressings quickly. I’ve been using this one for 8 years – lasts a long time!!!
