Chickpea Croutons
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas (garbanazo beans)
1-2 tsp olive oil, grapeseed oil or coconut oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2. Drain and rinse chickpeas and pat with paper towel until dry
3. Put in bowl and mix with olive oil and sea salt until well coated
4. Place on parchment lined baking sheet in single layer
5. Bake for 25 min or until crispy
6. Let cool and eat!
