Wellness Wednesday: Nutella Smoothie (Decadence without guilt!)

Back in the day, when I lived in Florence Italy, I would literally spoon the Nutella out of the jar and dip it onto my tongue. Mmmmmmmmm. Chocolatey, creamy and nutty – the best combo.

But…

Deliciously decadent treats, like Nutella, don’t have to be saved for living abroad, special occasions or crepes. And, they don’t have to be THAT “decadent” if they’re made with whole, natural ingredients. Same thing, less guilt!

Taste this smoothie and you’ll never go back spooning it out of the jar…

Ingredients:
– 3/4 cup Coconut Milk (or almond milk)
– 3/4 cup Water
– 2 Dates (or 1 tbs Coconut Palm Sugar)
– 1/4 cups Hazelnuts
– 2 tbs Cacao Powder
– sprinkle Cacao Nibs on top (for crunch and decor)!

Directions:
– Add all ingredients into blender and mix!

* Serves 2
