This red, white and blue berry fruit salad is
the perfect, colorful fruit snack for July 4th:
filled with anti-oxidant-rich, colorful,
red, white and blue sweet berries and a sprinkle of white
shredded coconut on top!
I used fresh blueberries and strawberries from the farmers market
and the shredded coconut gives it the perfect clean pop of white
and dose of tropical delight.

Ingredients:
-raspberries
-blueberries
-strawberries
–unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Place washed berries in a bowl
2. Sprinkle white shredded coconut on top
voila!
