This makes the perfect breakfast during passover (or anytime of the year).
I always make extra Haroset to eat all week.
Matzah with Almond Butter with Vanilla-Coconut-Apple Haroset
Ingredients:
1 piece whole wheat matzah
1 tbs almond butter
Haroset Ingredients
Directions:
1. Spread almond butter on matzah
2. Top with haroset
Sprinkle some extra cinnamon, if needed.
Voila! ENjoy!
Wrap up and take on the go, or eat at work with a cup of tea.
