What happened to the weather in in the Northeast this week?!
Last week, I was doing exercises on the rooftop and wearing
shorts to brunch, and this week, I’ve been wearing
a jacket and rain boots!
On chilly days like this, or times when I’m
craving chocolate (um, all the time?!), I reach
for this Healthified Mint Hot Chocolate.
It truly is the perfect treat when you’re craving something sweet.

Clean Eating Mint Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
1 tbsp. raw cacao powder, unsweetened
5 mint leaves (ΒΌ tsp mint extract)
1 tbsp. coconut palm sugar
Directions:
1. Heat almond milk in a small sauce pan on low to medium heat until light, light boil.
2. Add coconut palm sugar, cacao powder, mint leaves, and stir until combined.
Makes 1 serving
