To me, being healthy, feeling healthy and looking healthy doesn’t just mean drinking water, eating kale and collards and going to yoga.

To me, being healthy means a combination of eating “well”, exercising, thinking positive thoughts/daily spirituality and surrounding myself with positive people and relationships. If one is missing in my life, I feel out of sorts. When all are aligned, I feel GREAT.

Here is what I strive to eat/do/think everyday to feel and look my best:
– eat fresh, whole, natural foods, non-packaged as much as possible (foods I can pronounce and foods that will love me back)
– eat a variety of foods daily – vegetables, fruit, grains, beans
– never deprive myself
– eat what I crave, in moderation, and always find a healthie alternative
– be gentle with my feelings
– be gently with others
– stretch and sweat at least once, daily
– drink green juice (at least one, per week)
– chew well
– eat slowly, sitting down, consciously, with a relaxed mind
– think positive, happy, loving thoughts
– quiet my mind (and mouth) when they need to be quieted
– sleep. go to sleep early. wake up energized.
– take deep breaths through out the day.
– use a neti pot (when I remember)
– floss
– use a tongue scraper
– love myself
– be open to receive love from others
– be open to sharing my love with others
– surround myself with positive people
– have positive relationships
– dry brush every morning

and…my new favorite:
– Oil Pulling (aka swishing oil back and forth in your mouth for about 10-20 minutes.)

Granted, this morning was my first time doing it, but I had such a great experience and wanted to share about it because it’s under-rated!

I was curious what all of the hype was all about (my friends have been RAVING about the benefits) so I decided to take the leap and just try it.

Here’s what I did:
– woke up (don’t eat or drink or brush teeth prior)
– measure 1 Tbsp Unrefined Sesame Oil
– pour into mouth
– swish the oil back and forth (back to front), through your teeth in your mouth for 10-20 min, almost as if you were trying to get something out of your teeth. (I did it while I showered so the time went by fast and it kept my mind off of what I was actually doing – can be a little wierd).
– do not swallow as it’s believed that the “stuff” you’re swishing out are toxins
– Spit out in toilet (you don’t want an oily sink)
– Rinse your mouth out with saltwater
– Brush your teeth with your normal toothpaste
– Voila!

I immediately felt:
– a cleaner mouth (even more clean than just brushing it, and even swishing with mouthwash)
– VERY energized (and I woke up feeling very lethargic)
– cleaner nasal passage

The first few seconds were a little odd- thick oil swishing around, but I got used to it…and it started tasting like a peanut butter shake – so it wasn’t bad at all!

Other oils that I’ve heard work the best: Unrefined Sesame Oil, Olive Oil OR Sunflower Oil.

Here are some testimonials.

Here are benefits I’ve heard:
– clears acne
– clears your head
– clears nasal passage
– firmer, whiter teeth
– fresh, relaxed feeling
– dissapearance of dark undereye circles
– better memory
– better sleep

Read more here.

It is a little odd…but don’t judge until you try it! Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow morning!

I love today’s quote from Louise Hay's Daily Affirmation Calendar. It’s a really good reminder…

The way we speak to ourselves has direct impact on how we feel and how we look (not to mention, our relationship with ourselves and others).

Think about it – do you speak to yourself nicely?

Go ahead- compliment yourself. Tell YOU how much you love YOU. Tell YOU how much you love your laugh, or that cute freckle on your leg. Tell YOU how much you love spending time with YOU. Speak nicely….

be loving. be positive. be well. and watch how much happier you will become!

Poppyseed Crusted Cod

by Arielle J on March 2, 2012

I used to love poppyseed bagels so when I saw a jar of poppyseeds at the grocery store a few weeks ago, I couldn’t resist purchasing it. Didn’t know what I was going to do with them…and still hadn’t thought of it, until I need a little “umph” the other night with my cod.

This recipe is simple, so delicious and tastes really impressive!

INGREDIENTS:
– fish of choice (I used cod)
– unrefined sesame oil
– tamari
– poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS:
– rinse off fish and pat dry
– lightly coat fish with sesame oil and tamari and place onto baking sheet (you can use parchment paper so it doesnt stain your pans)
– cook until brown (I broiled for about 10 minutes)
– take out of oven, sprinkle with poppyseeds (I was worried they were going to burn but you can try putting the poppyseeds on in the beginning)
– put back in oven, broil for about 2 more minutes.
– Make sure it’s fully cooked.
– Serve hot! and…

Voila!

be crunchy. be delightful. be well.

Unbelievable “Real” Raw Brownies

by Arielle J on March 1, 2012

I really can’t explain to you how delicious these brownies are…and how much they taste like brownies (not like almonds or walnuts)…and the fact that they’re not made with sugar…and not even cooked?! It’s really crazy.

Made them on V-day for ME!

Notice the resemblance?? I shaped them into funky hearts to match my iloveme collection.

I found the recipe on www.healthycrush.com (which originated from Quinn and Robyn’s Healthy Cooking Camp.)

Full recipe at: www.healthycrush.com.

The photo to the right is what the batter looked like pre-cut:

Just try it. So easy. So healthy. So yummy. AND no raw eggs so you can eat all of the batter!

I wish I made more. Maybe I’ll make them again tonight. Just so so good!

be indulgent. be delicious. be well.

Home-made Veggie Chickpea Burgers

by Arielle J on February 28, 2012

I rarely order veggie burgers at restaurants because:
1) Many veggie burgers are made with fillers- flours, seitan, soy protein etc
2) I LOVE Dr.Praeger’s Veggie Burgers so I always figure when I’m out at a restaurant, I may as well order something I can’t/don’t want to make myself at home.

My talented friend, Chef Karolina posted this Veggie Burgers Recipe the other day, and I literally went to the store, bought the ingredients (the ones I didn’t have in my cupboard) and literally started making it at like 11am!

Chef Karolina is a chef to the stars, a health coach, new mom and blogger…AND her most recent venture, a food delivery company in NY offering fresh, wholesome, organic meals delivered weekly for moms-to-be, pregnant women and families. Um, can we say, amazing?!

The recipe just looked too good to wait to make…and I trust any recipe that Karolina creates, so I knew it had to be good. My friend, Emily (my creative consultant) came over and we enjoyed the home-made chickpea veggie burgers, while researching packaging for my jeWELLry collection.

They turned out to be SO easy to make, SO delicious, SO healthy…and later that night, I heated them up for my boyfriend and he even gave them his stamp of approval! (He never orders/eats veggie burgers)

Oh- and wait until you read what’s in them – veggies, good-for-you grains, lots of fiber, protein, vitamins AND they’re gluten-free, dairy-free, meat-free. AMAZING!

INGREDIENTS:
1 can chick peas (or black beans)
1 c rolled oats
1/4 c ground flax seeds
1 c shredded carrots
1/2 c frozen peas
1 T crushed garlic
1/2 c chopped onion
2 t curry (optional)
2 t cayenne (optional)
2 t cumin (optional)
sea salt (to taste)
pepper

DIRECTIONS:

All of the ingredients gathered and ready! All of the ingredients gathered and ready!

Chef Karolina says to “Mash all of these ingredients together and form patties of your preferred size. Bake patties for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Or sautee in a medium hot pan for 5 minutes.”

mash 'em all up! mash ’em all up! all organized and ready for the oven! all organized and ready for the oven! chickpea burgers from the: oven chickpea burgers from the: oven

I tried both versions and sort of preferred the ones I sauteed on the pan. If you’re going to bake them, sprinkle a dash of olive oil on top to prevent them from looking/tasting too dry.

Chickpea burger from the: pan Chickpea burger from the: pan

I topped it with some grilled sweet onions, Organicville BBQ Sauce on top of an Ezekial Sesame Bun. Delish!

ready to be eaten! delish! ready to be eaten! delish!

Tea for Two(sday) – Tulsi Sweet Rose Tea

by Arielle J on February 21, 2012

feminine and sweet

A few weeks ago, after Christine Arylo's Self-Love Party, Lee (my boyfriend) and I were honored to host Christine and her husband, Noah for the night at our apartment!

When we woke up, Christine led a little meditation thanking each of our organs (such a special daily routine and something I rarely even think of doing), and then she shared her box of Tulsi Sweet Rose Tea with me.

It was surprisingly SO unusual, but REALLy good. I literally felt more feminine after having a sip and it smelled as if we were sitting in a rose garden.

No wonder why she carries a box with her during her travels –
1) can’t find it in all supermarkets/natural foods stores
2) it has a very feminine scent and taste
3) organic
4) made of rose petals!
5) has so many benefits!

According to Tulsi, here is why it’s just so good:
– organic
– caffeine-free
– fragrant
– energizing
– calming
– soothing
– feminine
– reduces stress
– boosts the immune system
– uplifts mood – makes you feel good!
– supports adrenal & lymph health
– increases love and devotion

Made of:
– Organic Tulsi (holy basil) Blend
– Organic Chamomile
– Organic Rose Petal
– Organic Lemon Myrtle Leaf
– Organic Stevia

For two weeks I’ve been searching for it all around NY and finally found a box this past weekend at this food coop that I stumbled upon in Bratteleboro, Vermont. Here’s a pict of my friend, Courtney and I, enjoying our rose tea while watching the leaves and snow.

warming up with tulsi sweet rose tea overlooking the snowy trees in vermont!

Try it! It’s definitely unusual, but what better way to start your day than feeling like you’re sitting in a rose garden, right?!

iloveME Mondays: Meet Julia Argenti

by Arielle J on February 6, 2012

Meet Julia…

She’s not only my really good friend, travel buddy, co-worker, a Certified Health Coach, great cook and baker, amazing interior design consultant AND an organization specialist, she’s also the voice behind the popular blog, LemonsandLoafers.com, and, of course, an iloveme ring lover!

typical julia: pretty. classy. funky. wearing her iloveme ring and searching through her bag!! typical julia: pretty. classy. funky. wearing her iloveme ring and searching through her bag!

She gives the best advice on how to ask what you want and need. She’s my go-to for any design decisions I make and she always brings me her sweet treats that she makes every weekend! Oh- and she also helped me toss all ugly and unwanted clothing and organize my entire closet! She is jack of all trades, master of all…and here’s a sneak peek into how she does it all!

Get inspired:

Q: What piece of Be Well with Arielle iloveme collection do you have? Metal, Color of Pearl, Diamond?

A gold iloveme ring with a white pearl. Simple, classic, elegant!

Photo taken by Julia on the NYC subway platform! Photo taken by Julia on the NYC subway platform!

Q: How did you hear about Be Well with Arielle and the iloveme ring?
I work with Arielle at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where we became fast friends. I love the message of her jewelry and it’s super fashionable, so I snapped one up the moment she started making them in gold!

Q: How often do you wear your iloveme jeWELLry?
I wear my ring every single day. I have gotten compliments on it on the subway and even from the butcher at Whole Foods. It’s a statement piece that everyone notices.

Q: So you’re the voice behind LemonsandLoafers.com– a GORGEOUS colorful, healthy, and inspiring blog AND you have a full-time job AND you’re planning a wedding. It seems that you’re cooking and cleaning and re-decorating and shopping literally every second of every day! How do you keep up with it all? and How do you find balance in your life?

Oh girl, it’s really hard! The key for me is to have rituals that take me back into the present after I run around all day and night, trying to get everything done. Every night I make sure that my fiancé and I stop whatever we’re doing to eat a healthy dinner together and connect. Before bed, I take a piping hot bath with lavender oil to relax and unwind. Rituals like this calm me down and keep me sane! I also schedule one night every week where I’m not allowed to make any plans or appointments. It’s for me only.

Q: What drives you every day? Do you have a favorite uplifting morning ritual?

I make myself a green juice every morning with my new Omega juicer. It gives me a rush of nutrients and energy without caffeine or other additives. It makes me feel more healthy and vibrant and enables me to accomplish the 1000s of things I have to each day!

Q: What is your go-to outfit? and What is your go-to recipe?
Great question! My go to outfit is definitely skinny jeans, a striped shirt, and a blazer….and I wear my hair in a bun 80% of the time. I also wear some sort of statement jewelry every single day of the week. It puts a pop of color and excitement into the outfit.

My go to recipe is this fabulous Otsu recipe that I discovered last year. It’s super easy, and incredibly delicious.

Q: What is one thing that you appreciate about yourself/what makes you different from your friends and family and coworkers?
I have an eye for visual details that makes me stand out. I can always see what will look best in a room, in an outfit, on a wall, etc. People appreciate that and ask me for advice all the time!

Q: What is one thing you want to leave behind from 2011?
Self-deprecation! Putting yourself down only hurts you and doesn’t do any good. Instead, I want to learn from my mistakes and think of them as learning opportunities.

Q: What is one thing you’re really looking forward to doing in 2012?
Getting married. I’m marrying the man of my dreams this September and can hardly wait for the big day.

Q: What is one thing that you’re looking forward to doing this week?
I am going to a super fun fashion week party that I felt so honored to be invited to. I was invited because of all of the hard work that I put into Lemons & Loafers. It’s great to see that what I do pays off!

Julia at her amazingly decorated desk at work! Julia at her amazingly decorated desk at work!

Thanks for sharing, Julia! Your colorful outfits, posts and positive attitude continue to inspire us all. Keep on movin and groovin and decorating our lives with color and style! To check out Julia’s delicious meals and fun fashion tips, go to Lemonsandloafers.com.

Part of my morning routine is to head to the kitchen, drink a glass of water, take a probiotic, turn on my tea kettle, wash my hands…and then read my "I Can Do It" Affirmation of the day. Placing the calendar (by Louise Hay) right near my kitchen sink somehow does the trick and it reading each one puts me in a great mood.

Here is the affirmation for today, Wednesday, Feb 1: “I respect my boundaries. I insist that others respect them, too.”

affirmation of the day

affirmation of the day

W

Reading the Louise Hay “I Can Do It” daily calendar has been my daily routine for four years now, and I even rip out the pages to take along with me when I go away! They really help me focus and set a positive intention for the day.

My office used to give them out and this year they didn’t, so I decided to buy one for my desk too.

Here is what it looks like on my desk at work:

adds even more positivity to my desk at work!

And here is what it looks like in my kitchen!:

my calendar in my kitchen!

my calendar in my kitchen!

Some of the quotes don’t really pertain to my life (especially the ones that mention country roads and pets), but as with everything, I take them with a grain of salt…and most of them are GREAT, anyway!

I’m so obsessed with them that I bought ten this year and gave them all out as gifts!

The hard versions are apparently sold-out on hayhouse.com, but you can purchase the app here for $2.99.!

Whatever it takes to be a happy and healthy person, right?!

Un-tangle Your Jewelry = Untangle Your Life!

by Arielle J on January 31, 2012

Until last night, all of my necklaces were tangled into a complete mess. I’ve always attempted to keep my jewelry nice and neat but I’ve never had a good system of really organizing everything. A lot of them I worked hard to create and a some were even handed down to me from my Grandmother, so there’s no reason that they shouldn’t be displayed neatly.

my green-blue jewels...so pretty!

my green-blue jewels...so pretty!

so neat and clean!

so neat and clean!

Now that I’ve moved into a newer, bigger, nicer space, maintaining good systems of organization are becoming more and more important to me. When my friend and Professional Organizer, Beth Brodsky, came over to my apartment a few months ago, one of my main agendas was for her help organize the boxes and boxes of tools, beads, charms, findings, chains…and nice, hand-made and vintage necklaces.

my new jewelry organizer!

my new jewelry organizer!

While she was over, I showed her the jewelry organizer above that I had spotted on Opensky.com at a discounted price. While Beth wasn’t the biggest fan of it (because you need to open/close each necklace latch when you want to take it on/off the organizer), for the price ($35 on Opensky plus a discount) and the sole reason that I didn’t want to search high and low for more organizers, I decided to just go ahead and buy it. As you can see, I had a lot of necklaces to organize, so I bought two!

Last night my boyfriend helped me hang it and after an hour of un-tangling and organizing by color (I was inspired from the company’s photo), this is how it looks!

my jeWELLry organized!!

my jeWELLry organized!!

Nice, right?

I couldn’t have been more happy going to sleep last night…and getting dressed this morning was a breeze. My motto has always been “first pick out your accessories then pick out your clothes!” so this will make my life so much more fun and I’m sure my dreams a little sweeter.

love being able to SEE everything!

love being able to SEE everything!

Today, I wore a red necklace from the left, left side. And, tomorrow, I’m going to pick the next one in line.

My mom was right – shopping in your closet really is the best!

iloveME Mondays: Meet Alison Leipzig

by Arielle J on January 30, 2012

Meet Alison Leipzig…a Graphic Designer, Body Confidence Expert and iloveme ring lover!

too sweet!!!

too sweet!!!

FYI- Alison actually happens to be the creative eye behind my current biz cards below so during the process of designing them, I had the honor of spending hours with her! She has the sweetest heart, such a creative eye and SO much patience.

back of my biz cards...cool, right?!

back of my biz cards...cool, right?!

Get inspired:

Q: What piece of Be Well with Arielle iloveme collection do you have? Metal, Color of Pearl, Diamond?

I have the beautiful silver iloveme ring with the rocker metallic black/purple-ish pearl.

Q: How did you hear about Be Well with Arielle and the iloveme ring?
I saw a few women wearing the ring at Gabrielle Bernstein’s group coaching and was eyeing the ring for a while. I wanted it once I saw it, it has that sparkle to it.

Q: How often do you wear your iloveme jeWELLry?
I wear my ring almost every day. When I look down at my hand on the days I am not wearing the ring, it feels like something is missing. But even looking at my hand when the ring isn’t on reminds me of the iloveme message and instantly reminds me to honor myself.

Q: So, I know that you’re a VERY creative person, bc you designed my most recent business card! When did you start appreciating your creativity/ know you had a creative eye? and when did you start sharing it with others?
I was always an artist and I loved to paint, doodle, and create ever since I was a little girl. But I never thought of myself as creative until I really began to own it a few years ago. Even though I was creating all the time, I never stepped back and appreciated that gift of mine so whenever anyone told me how creative I was, I didn’t believe them! And now that I honor that gift and talent, my creativity has expanded ten-fold and I LOVE to share it with others. It’s been beautiful to witness that transformation within myself.

Q: What is the best thing to do/eat/think in order to get your creative juices flow?
Three things.
One – shaking my booty to Black Eyed Peas “Meet Me Halfway”. I don’t know why but I can always get any stress out dancing to that song!
Second – lighting incense/candles and meditating. Meditation for me is a sacred time and it often leaves me feeling much more clear and light afterwards. Creativity is truly allowing the creative life force to run through you so when I clear out the stress/anxiety during my meditative state, I can see visions and allow my art to come through.
Third – last but not least is eating clean, whole foods. When I am not eating clean, I can’t think as clearly and totally feel the effect on my creative process!

Q: I know you recently also just graduated from IIN, the same nutrition school I went to! What are you up to now/any plans?
I graduated IIN in December and this year is going to be all about sharing my story and transformation surrounding loving my body. I plan on putting a lot of energy into coaching and speaking in addition to the design/branding work I do with other holistic entrepreneurs. I am hosting a teleclass on February 9th called “Body Confidence 101: How to go from self-loathing to self-love without ditching your desire for a hot bod.” that I am so excited about. Check it out at www.bodyconfidence101.com, I’d be honored to have you there!

Q: What is your favorite healthy treat?
Hands down Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss ice cream in the mint flavor. So scrumptious.

Q: What is one thing you want to leave behind from 2011?
I want to leave behind the belief that I need to “fix” myself. I have a clear vision of the woman I want to grow to be but that doesn’t mean that there is anything wrong with me as is. I think a lot of us can fall into that trap. It’s a paradox: we are perfect as we are right now but there is always space to grow, learn, and transform.

Q: What is one thing you’re really looking forward to doing in 2012?
I am looking forward to traveling! Traveling and experiencing new places lights me up and so far I have trips booked for Arizona, California and New Mexico. I am planning one trip to a tropical island as well.

Q: What is one thing that you’re looking forward to doing this week?
I am looking forward to yoga! I recently moved to the East Village and have been searching for my yoga home and I think I finally found it this past week.

Thanks for participating, Alison! To check out Alison’s creative work, click here and to find out more about her body confidence 101 Teleclass, click here!

Maple-Glazed Coconut-Crusted Carrots

by Arielle J on January 27, 2012

Had to purchase these beautifully colorful multi-colored farm-fresh carrots…they were just too pretty. Decided to “roast” them to bring out their sweet flavor..and to fancy-them-up, I glazed them with maple syrup and crusted them with a layer of coconut. SO easy to make, so healthy and just, perfection.

Ingredients:
– Carrots (Pictured here are farm fresh- multi-colored carrots)
– Coconut Oil (or olive oil)
– Sea Salt
– Optional- maple syrup (if you want a sweeter dish)
– Optional- shredded coconut

1.Peel carrots.

farm-fresh, colorful and beautiful!

farm-fresh, colorful and beautiful!

2.Slice diagonally in 1/2-inch-thick slices.

3.Toss in bowl with oil and salt and maple syrup.

Toss it up!

Toss it up!

(Coconut Oil at room temp is solidifed, which is why it looks chunky in the photo! Once heated in oven, oil will melt like regular oil)

4.Place onto parchment paper or directly onto a cookie sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes, until browned and tender. Toss them every 10 minutes to make sure they cook evenly.

5.Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.

Yum!

Yum!

6.Voila! Enjoy!

be sweet. be delicious. be well.

If you love fries, you will LOVE these even more…

Butternut Squash and Kabocha Squash Fries

Butternut Squash, Delicata Squash and Kabocha Squash Fries

Delicious. Healthy. Satisfying. Sweet. Healthy. Salty. Did I mention Healthy? What more can you ask?

Oh- and they are SO easy to make. PERFECT winter snack and side dish…especially when you’re craving sweets (eating sweet veggies will naturally crowd out your sugar cravings).

Ingredients:
– Squash (I used a mix- kabocha, delicata and butternut squashes. You can also use sweet potatoes and/or yellow and green zucchini/squash.)
– Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
– Sea Salt

(Or, you can just broil for about 15 min to save time and skip the baking step.)

iloveME Mondays: Meet Victoria Licata!

by Arielle J on January 23, 2012

Meet Victoria Licata…a New Yorker..and iloveme ring lover!

so pretty and smiley!

so pretty and smiley!

Q: What piece of Be Well with Arielle iloveme collection do you have? Metal, Color of Pearl, Diamond?
I rock out the sterling silver ring with a classic white pearl!

Q: How did you hear about Be Well with Arielle and the iloveme ring?
When I was in my group coaching with Gabrielle Bernstein, I noticed she and a few of the girls were wearing a very unique ring. I asked around to find out more about the ring and once I learned about the “I Love Me” brand, I knew I had to have one!

Q: How often do you wear your ring?
I usually wear it everyday, on the days I forget to put it on I feel like I’m missing something.

Q: What’s one word that you want your friends to describe you as?
Compassionate. I feel that compassion is the gateway to understanding others.

Q: What is one thing that you appreciate about yourself/what makes you different from your friends and family and coworkers?
I acknowledge that I am growing and learning daily. I am always looking for new ways to make myself healthier, happier, and a better person by my own standards.

Q: What’s your favorite uplifting affirmation/quote?
“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things that I can, and the wisdom to always know the difference.”- The Serenity Prayer

Q: What is your favorite vegetable and why?
Spinach! It’s so versatile. Juice, salad, and I sauteed it and added to my first homemade pizza last week!

Q: Is there anything special that you do to prepare on Sunday nights for Mondays?
Go food shopping at Whole Foods. Cooking has recently become a new passion of mine so I go out and buy all the food I need for a weeks worth of new recipes!

Q: What is one thing you want to leave behind from 2011?
The impulse to try and control things that I have no control over. I need to accept that there are certain things I cannot change, learn and grow from every situation.

Q: What is one thing you’re really looking forward to doing in 2012?
Taking my first trip to Italy!!

Q: What is one thing that you’re looking forward to doing this week?
Having a dinner date with my girlfriends who have been in my life for 10+ years. It is rare that we all get together, so when we do, it is always such a wonderful feeling of home.

Thanks for participating, Victoria! Have fun with your girlfriends and in Italy!!!

ABOUT ILOVEME MONDAYS:
I get testimonials from my clients weekly telling me funny stories of compliments that they’ve gotten on their iloveme jewellry…random places where they’ve spotted someone wearing the iloveme jewellry…and best of all, how the iloveme jewellry has made them feel.

So, I decided to capture these stories through “iloveME Mondays”- a post on my client, including a snapshot and some fun tidbits about them.

If you’re an iloveme jeWELLry (ring/necklace/earring) lover and you would like to be featured, email arielle@bewellwitharielle.com!

be inspired. be sweet. be well.
