It’s been a while since I hosted an event so I am thrilled to invite you to
Staying Sane: Tips to Raise Confident & Healthy Eaters without Going Crazy
on November 12th at 7:30pm at Union Square Play!

I’ve been craving support and guidance more than ever lately (and I figured you were, too?!)
so I’m so excited to kick off this new event series. Our goal is for you to lounge and learn and walk away with actionable tools to help you feel even more empowered. 

At this inspirational event, we will be hearing from real moms and professionals on tips raising confident and healthy eaters while staying sane! 

During this panel, you’ll get guidance including:
– tips for picky eaters
– supermarket staples for the family
– recipe hacks for quick and easy cooking
– creative foods to serve for snack and meals
– what you need to know about plant-based nutrition for kids
– in-the-moment strategies to empower yourself and diffuse power struggles
– communication to promote healthy relationships with food
