OMG OMG OMG.
I am VERY excited to announce our next “Staying Sane” event – all about looking and feeling your best post-baby!
Gemma is 21 months and I’m def feeling like I could feel even better. Not sure if my aches and pains are remnants from birth? (Or just from the juggling of life, business and motherhood)?! What I do know is that I could definitely use some support! I also wish I asked for support sooner when I was having bouts of ups and downs after I stopped breastfeeding.
At this inspirational event on Monday, December 10th at 7:30pm, we will be hearing from moms and professionals on tips for support postpartum and getting back to #momgoals!
I’m always looking for ways to upgrade my health, look and feel better and I have a feeling you are too! So we are excited for you to hear from this amazing panel, including a Patricia Ladis, a mom of 3 and Physical Therapist specializing in Perinatal Wellness, Dr. Mary C. Gallagher, Psy.D, new mom and Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in perinatal mental health and Dr. Mary Sabo, L.Ac DACM – Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine specializing in fertility and women’s health.
During this panel, you’ll get guidance including:
