Time to GET VIBRANT!

So Spring is here! The cherry blossoms are blooming all over the city (Madison Square Park looks GORGEOUS) and I’m officially ready cleanse my life, feel lighter, more refreshed and glow! How am I getting vibrant in 2010?

Well, I just sweat out my toxins in a yoga class with Loren Bassett at David Barton Gym, came home and cleaned my room, setting my alarm for 8am to meet Seema at Jivamukti Yoga for a soul sweating session…then off to Liquiteria to juice it up and start my 3 day “Get Vibrant Cleanse”! 

It’s my first time juicing so I’m a bit nervous but very excited.

So, what is tomorrow going to look like?

This is what SEEMA SAYS: We are starting off the first few days with 6 juices. If this is too much, then drink less and skip the 2:30pm juice or the 4:00pm juice. Do what feels best for you.

Schedule: 7:30am, 10:00am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:00pm and 6:00pm

DAY 1

7:30am –

ALL GREENS WITH APPLE, LEMON & GINGER  
kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, celery, cucumber, apple, lemon & ginger

10:00am-

GREENS WITH CARROT  
romaine, spinach, kale, parsley & carrot

12:30pm-

GRASSHOPPER   
apple, pear, pineapple, wheatgrass & mint

2:30pm-

SKIN TRIP  
carrot, spinach, cucumber, parsley, aloe vera & Liver Kidney Lymph Detox

4:00pm

BEETS ME   
carrot, beet, apple, pear, lemon & ginger

6:00pm

ALL GREENS 
kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, celery & cucumber
