coconutty Summer dessert!

No-Bake Coconut Water Dessert Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup coconut water
2 tbsp Virgin Coconut oil
1/2 tsp pure organic vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
Makes approx 6-8 bars
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2. Flatten into a small container and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
3. Cut into squares and voila!
