Perfect for breakfast, dessert or just a sweet summer snack!
“Strawberry Shortcake” Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 Handful Fresh or Frozen Strawberries (approx 7)
1 container plain yogurt (or almond, rice, soy, hemp milk)
1/4 c shredded coconut
1/2 c water
* optional: 1 tsp honey (to sweeten)
* optional: 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (for fiber)
* optional: 1 tbsp hemp seeds (for extra protein)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients into blender and mix it up until creamy and delicious!
2. Sprinkle some remaining coconut on top.
