Chewy and so, so sweet…
When you’re craving something chewy and sweet (like a brownie) have 1 date and I promise that you will be a little satisfied. Chew it well, savor it. Take a sip of water. Are you a little more satisfied? Maybe have 1 or 2 more and I’m sure your sweet tooth will subside. Easy as that.
Add in a raw almond for a bit of crunch, and crunchy, sweet AND DELICIOUS!
The great thing about dates is that you can eat them alone, add them to home-made granola, AND they make the perfect sweetener for smoothies.
