We all say that we have new years resolutions, but instead of just verbally telling others what I plan to do, or just continue telling myself year after year what I want to do…I’ve decided to just write them out, and just DO them this year!
Most of them are very me and NYC-related, but hope you find some inspiration. May this year be a happy, successful, healthy and fabulous one for all of us! Be Beautiful. Be Fearless. Be Well.
In 2011, I’m going to:
– think BIG and expect BIG things coming my way (opportunities, sales, miracles, etc)
– be fearless, everyday, in every situation, in every encounter
– use the certificates i have floating around in my bedroom (some are from 2005- hope they honor them!)
– go to Montreal and visit my elementary-school friend, Jordana
– go to San Francisco and San Diego and visit my family friend’s art exhibition
– go to Chicago to just go (heard its a pretty and fun city)
– go to an amusement park like Six Flags and ride an upside-down roller coaster!
– go to Nantucket/Martha’s Vineyard/Cape Cod
– take a pict from the top of the Empire State Building
– take a flower arranging class (so i can buy inexpensive pretty flowers and turn them into a gorgeous arrangment!)
– indulge (and observe) at the Spa Castle in Queens or a Russian Bath House
– Drive on a highway (growing up in NYC, i didnt really have too many opportunities…)
– Take a cooking class and learn how to chop really finely and fast like Chef Karolina!
– cook more and use my Vitamix blender more!
– conduct a cooking class for family and friends and others who want to learn!
– find new jewelry production people to help me design a new line of wellness jeWELLry
– continue writing articles for TheBeautyBean.com
– continue to grow my hair so its as long as my belly button (so i can perhaps donate it for a 2nd time to those with alopecia or cancer)
– read one book every two months (i currently read about one book every 6 months!)
– continue going to yoga 2-3 times a week.
– train for the half marathon in Hamptons, September 24th, 2011
-throw another party filled with eco-chic vendors and lots of coconut water, raw chocolate, live music, tequila and good food!
– organize a reunion for all of my elementary-school friends
– attend my 10 year High School Reunion in January 2011
– play with my nephew at least once a week so I can experience his first year of life!
– smile every hour of every day of every week of every month.
– continue nourishing my body with lots of water, greens, grains and foods that makes me feel energized!
– join a group coaching session/do private sessions with my life and business coach, Gabrielle Bernstein
– continue inspiring people to learn at Integrative Nutrition.
-be proud of how far i’ve come, proud of where i am and proud of who i am.
