And the pecan pie crisps on top
are the perfect sweet and crunchy
addition with the creamy bits of goat cheese.
Not to mention, it’s red and green to match your holiday decor!
Autumn Beet Salad with Goat Cheese and Pecan Pie Crisps
What You Need:
2-3 Kale leaves
1 Beet, peeled and sliced
1/2 inch slice organic goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup pecan pie crisps
Dressing:
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup
sprinkle sea salt
Directions:
1. Place goat cheese and pecan pie crisps on top of kale.
2. Top with dressing and voila!
