Turned out to be SO much tastier than I expected, my picky roommate thought it was DELICIOUS and it couldn’t have been easier to make!
Raw Chocolate Pudding
1 avocado (the riper, the better)
1/4 c raw agave nectar
1/4 c raw cocao powder
1/4 c water
2 t vanilla extract
1/4 t sea salt
Place avocado, raw agave nectar, raw cocao powder, vanilla extract and sea salt in a blender. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to achieve a creamy consistency
